Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

(source for background photo) Since today I find myself rather busy with school work after Thanksgiving break, I decide to make a short, easy recipe. I found this recipe on Pinterest, but it’s originally from (click to find original page!)

I would probably post this during the summer, because it seems like a “summer kind” of food, but why not now? I know so many opposite people who drink hot chocolate in the summer and eat ice cream in the winter…so this is for you guys!

I haven’t made this yet, but I plan to because of how easy it is. It takes literally 5 minutes, so make it right before you serve because it isn’t as good frozen!

Let’s get started!

4 cups of frozen strawberries

3 tablespoons of agave nectar (you can definitely substitute for honey!)

1/2 cup of plain yogurt

1 Tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

Things you might want that are not mentioned:

A food processor

Add the frozen strawberries, agave nectar (or honey), plain yogurt and lemon juice into a food processor, process until creamy, which is about five minutes!

And that’s about it! Enjoy this very easy recipe!
